Shipments depart from container terminals in Gdańsk (DCT) and Gdynia (BCT, GCT). If your warehouse is outside the Tricity area, we arrange domestic transport to the port so you don’t have to coordinate it separately.

Scope of service — export from Poland to the Middle East

Arranging ocean freight to Dubai, Jeddah, Dammam, and other Arabian ports. Export forwarding with full documentation support: bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin.

Export customs clearance — we prepare the declaration, monitor cut-off deadlines, and compile all required documents. Container selection tailored to your cargo: dry, reefer, ISO tank, flat rack, open top. Incoterms advisory (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF) — we help define the split of costs and responsibilities between you and the consignee.

On request: full door-to-door service — from the loading dock in Poland to the consignee’s warehouse in the destination country.

The situation in the Red Sea is affecting the time and cost of standard ocean services to the Middle East.

That’s why, in partnership with our agent in Turkey, we have launched an alternative multimodal service to the Arabian Peninsula — road or rail transport to a Turkish port, followed by a short sea freight leg to Persian Gulf ports.

This is a solution for companies that cannot wait for the extended transit times caused by rerouting around the Suez Canal. The cost is higher than classic ocean freight, but the cargo arrives faster.
